Do I need trading experience or coding knowledge?
No. The platform is beginner-friendly. You can start with pre-built templates and guided tools, then customize or build your own bots as you learn.
What can I trade with Cashflow AI?
Our system focuses exclusively on options trading. You can trade strategies like credit spreads, iron condors, iron butterflies, calls, and puts. These are designed for consistent, repeatable setups that the bots can automate 24/7.
What happens after I purchase?
You’ll immediately receive login access to your dashboard, plus a welcome email with step-by-step setup instructions. From there, you can connect your broker, choose or build your first bot, and start backtesting instantly.
Can I use this if I’m a total beginner?
Yes. Many users start with little to no trading automation experience. Our onboarding walkthroughs make it simple to deploy your first bot, even if you’ve never coded or traded algorithmically before.
Who controls the bots?
You do. Cashflow AI automates execution through your linked brokerage account, but you retain full control of your trades and capital at all times.
What brokers are supported?
We currently integrate with TradeStation, Tradier, and Tastytrade, with more brokers being added soon.
Can I backtest my strategies?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited backtesting so you can analyze historical performance before deploying live capital.
Is there a mobile app?
The dashboard works perfectly on desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app is in development.
Can I trade in an IRA or non-U.S. account?
U.S. traders can use eligible brokers for IRAs. Some international users may have limited broker connectivity based on their country’s regulations.
How much does Cashflow AI cost?
We offer two plans:
• Pro Plan — $149 per month
• Advanced Plan — $497 per month
Yearly billing options are available at a discounted rate. Each plan includes automation, backtesting, and broker connectivity.
What is the refund policy?
All monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable, as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Annual renewals may be refunded within 7 days of renewal. Paid trials (if offered) are refundable only within the active trial period.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@getcashflowai.com. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund past charges.
Can I downgrade from annual to monthly?
No. Annual payments are final and cannot be converted or partially refunded once processed.
Is Cashflow AI a broker or financial advisor?
No. Cashflow AI is a software platform that provides automation tools. We are not a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer and do not recommend or execute trades on your behalf.
How does Cashflow AI handle security?
Your brokerage connections are protected with bank-level encryption and secure tokenization. We never store your brokerage login credentials or have access to your funds.
